If you’re frustrated with selling your horse property, it’s not your fault. Buyers are as frustrated as you! There is just not enough information available with the current ways that horse properties are being listed! Agents are reduced to doing multiple showings in a day, leaving both the sellers and the buyers exhausted. Buyers are overwhelmed, sellers are left to wait for any kind of answer, all because there was never enough information about the property for sale to begin with!
Selling a property requires exposure! MLS just doesn’t offer enough information to choose from. Listing with an agency that will put your property on MLS is expensive, very expensive, and again, ineffective. Realtors and Brokers search MLS listings and as soon as they see a property that is For Sale By Owner, they walk away. Even if a buyer comes to them, they will steer them away because they are not willing to work with FSBO’s.
Virtual tours are great, but they are normally focused on the house and not the “horse” features. Many agents don’t own or know enough about horse properties and have to rely on the listing agents information!
We studied these gaps and filled them! We came up with a way to satisfy both the seller and the buyer! We’ve made it easy for agents to have everything they need to list so their clients can know they are being properly represented!
Another flaw with MLS and similiar sites is they don’t include surrounding areas. MLS is a paid service. Who pays them? Realtors and Brokers. The reason there isn’t enough information on those sites is they want you to call an agent! Simply put, you don’t need it.
